This two-hour private 1:1 experience is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and create the inner safety needed to be with what is emerging.
Through intuitive, trauma-aware, and body-centered work, we follow what is ready to be seen, welcomed, released, or integrated.
Together, we may explore:
what your body and nervous system are communicating
patterns, identities, or beliefs ready for deeper integration

The Initiatory Immersion offers a defined, intentional container for exploring a single theme or threshold with greater depth, presence, and integration.
Rather than an open-ended process, this three-session journey provides clear structure and spaciousness—allowing time for insight to unfold, embodiment to deepen, and your inner wisdom to continue guiding the process between sessions.
This immersion may support exploration of:
inner belonging and identity integration
healing connected to the mother line, re-parenting, and ancestral patterns
nervous system regulation after seasons of long-term holding or responsibility
